We participate in the Innovation Pitch Day to promote connections in health innovation
A day to connect talent, startups and international and local companies in the field of health
The conference, promoted by the Innovation Unit of the Sant Joan de Déu Health Park, brought together innovative initiatives, technologies and methodologies with the aim of inspiring innovation and entrepreneurship in health, as well as promoting new collaborations between ecosystem agents.
From the TECSAM Network we have joined this initiative by incorporating spin-offs and start-ups from India within the framework of an international mission to Barcelona promoted by Marc Ramis Castelltort (Ship2B Ventures).
During the event, several business projects with innovative solutions in the field of health were presented.
Participating international companies:
- Aignosis: development of solutions based on artificial intelligence to support medical diagnosis.
- Intignus Biotech: female-led startup focused on improving women’s overall health outcomes.
- Open MedLabs: initiatives to accelerate innovation and research in the medical field.
- Serigen Mediproducts: development of technologies for regenerative medicine and biomedical applications.
Participating local companies:
- Qrem Cytokine: focused on research into cytokines and advanced immunotherapies.
- Virmedex, with the participation of Dani Tost (member of the TECSAM Network): simulation and immersive training platforms for healthcare professionals.
- Delaguila Games, with Frank del Aguila Espejo (member of the TECSAM Network): development of serious video games for learning and health.
The day has been very enriching and has allowed us to generate connections, explore synergies and open up new opportunities for collaboration in the field of health innovation.
