Projecte INDI

INDI is a “collaborative care” model that affects the different points (detection, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up…) and actors (family doctor, nurse, psychiatrist/psychologist, patient/family) of the depression care process in primary care. It includes organizational components (roles, circuits and coordination between the different professionals, primary care-psychiatry interface), clinical components (electronic clinical guide, algorithms, standardized questionnaires…), professional training and a psychoeducational program to promote the autonomy of patients and their families.

With a similar orientation, the group has developed a “collaborative care” program for the integrated management of depression and chronic pain.

The group also participates in ATDOM_SP. This project is creating a risk map, with visual alerts, to identify critical areas, facilitating the implementation of safe practices and improving the safety of patients included in home care programs in primary care.
