Internationalization in R&D&I: keys, opportunities and European connections

3rd session of the Community of R&D&I Transfer Networks

From the TECSAM Network we participated in the 3rd session of the Community of R&D&I Transfer Networks , promoted by the General Directorate of Transfer and Knowledge Society of the Department of Research and Universities of the Generalitat de Catalunya and AGAUR.

This session focused on internationalization, led by Aïda Díaz Sáez , head of the International Area of ??the Generalitat de Catalunya, where the main strategies and opportunities to connect the research and innovation ecosystem with Europe were addressed.

Throughout the day, the European R&D&I framework and new initiatives aimed at strengthening competitiveness, knowledge transfer and collaboration between research and industry were explored in depth. Catalonia’s internationalization policy was also presented, focused on promoting strategic alliances, talent mobility and participation in European programs.

In addition, examples of international projects developed by RDI Networks were shared, which highlighted the value of collaboration to generate impact and scale innovation at a global level.

This session has contributed to continuing to move towards a more connected, competitive and international ecosystem.
