Use of non-invasive neuromodulation tools as a therapeutic approach in mental health and neurological disorders
The NeuroADaS-Lab group has extensive experience in the development and application of non-invasive neuromodulation tools as a therapeutic approach in mental health and neurological disorders, including depression, anxiety, chronic pain, acquired brain damage or neurodegenerative diseases.
Recently, and based on its extensive experience in the use of these techniques, the team has consolidated the creation of the spin-off “UNNE Instituto de Neuromodulación” , a newly created company that offers specialized treatments for affected people, and training and advisory services for clinical centers and healthcare professionals.
On the other hand, the team also presents expertise in the design of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to neuroimaging for the identification of early biomarkers of disease in order to implement solutions that help professionals in the process of diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of the disease.
