The TECSAM Network at the Foro Transfiere 2026
A shared space with the R&D&I Networks to promote collaboration and enhance knowledge transfer visibility

This year we participated in the Foro Transfiere (Málaga) with our own stand shared with the AccessCat Network, XaRFA, BlueNetCat, the RDI-IA Network and #CYBERCAT, the R&D&I transfer networks promoted by the Department of Research and Universities of the Generalitat de Catalunya , consolidating a joint space for visibility and collaboration. This presence has allowed us to strengthen coordination between networks and highlight shared work within the innovation ecosystem, as well as enhance the joint projection of research and transfer capabilities.
As part of the event, we participated in the session “DeepTech: public investment that drives science”, with the outstanding intervention of Javier Selva, general director of Knowledge Transfer and Knowledge Society of the Department of Research and Universities , who highlighted deeptech as a strategic technology aligned with European challenges, the simplification of financing instruments, the chaining of grants and investment in talent, infrastructure and technological careers. He also highlighted the need to evaluate the real impact of public investment beyond economic results, incorporating the dimension of social transformation.
We also participated in the Innovation Room, with the intervention of Lourdes Puigbarraca, deputy director of Knowledge Transfer and Society of the Department of Research and Universities , who highlighted that when knowledge has a clear strategy and coherent instruments, an effective impact is generated on society and companies, strengthening transfer, collaboration and internationalization.
A shared message has been consolidated throughout Transfiere Málaga: public-private collaboration, administrative simplification and the promotion of talent are key elements to strengthen a competitive deeptech ecosystem. These days have been especially productive for networking and establishing new connections with entities, strengthening cooperation between research, business and institutions.
Participation in the round tables, especially in the field of scientific communication, has highlighted the importance of professionals understanding scientific activity in order to communicate it clearly, strategically and with impact. Science only reaches society when it is transmitted with rigor and with appropriate tools, generating real impact.
The TECSAM Network gives a very positive assessment of this participation, which has contributed to consolidating alliances and strengthening the innovation ecosystem.
