B&L: Intellectual property protection in mental health: research, innovation and transfer

This session will address key aspects of intellectual protection in mental health , including the safeguarding of research results, innovation and knowledge transfer, as well as the main current challenges and opportunities.

We will have the participation of José M.ª del Valle Escalante , lawyer and industrial property agent with more than 35 years of experience in the protection and exploitation of R&D&I project results, professor linked to the UAB and the Master’s Degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property of the ICAB, and advisor accredited by ACCIÓ and AREX.

The session will end with an open space for questions and conversation, facilitated by the TECSAM Network.
